Cape Air provides daily round trip service from Boston’s Logan International Airport. It’s just a quick and scenic 20-minute flight to the Provincetown Airport (PVC).
Jet Blue has some options from JFK.

Boston Harbor City Cruises
Bay State Cruise CompanyDaily high-speed 90-minute services, round trip from Boston. The ferry service begins in May and runs through October.

Enterprise rent-a-car is available at the Provincetown Airport. Uber is about $150 one way from BOS. Take 93S to 3S to Rt 6.

The Plymouth & Brockton Street Railway Co. offers daily round trip bus service from Boston’s South Station and the Hyannis transportation Center with connections to many other Regional bus routes throughout New England. You can take the Peter Pan line from Provincetown to Providence and NYC.
